Yes! While they are great for sleep, many athletes use them to increase oxygen intake during high-intensity activities. The adhesive is designed to stay put even during movement.

If your snoring is caused by nasal congestion or narrow nasal passages, these strips can significantly reduce or eliminate snoring by providing a clear airway. They are less effective for snoring caused by throat issues or sleep apnea.

A single strip is designed for one-time use and provides up to 12 hours of relief. For hygiene and maximum adhesive strength, we recommend a fresh strip every night.

For the best results, wash and thoroughly dry your nose before applying. Removing oils and makeup ensures the adhesive bonds properly to your skin for the whole night.

Our strips use a medical-grade, hypoallergenic adhesive. If you have very sensitive skin, you can apply a small amount of moisturizer to the edges of the strip area (but not the center) or remove it with warm water in the morning to prevent irritation.

Our strips are designed with a "universal fit" flexibility that adapts to most adult nose shapes and sizes. The spring-tension is calibrated to provide a balance of comfort and opening force.

Slow is best. We recommend removing the strip while washing your face with warm water or during a shower. This loosens the adhesive and prevents skin pulling.
