Refund policy

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement:

  • Only if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (clear images & videos of the issue).

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Replacement:

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

  • Change of mind or dislike of fragrance.

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Attached images and videos showing the defect

Once verified, our team will process a replacement or refund within 4–6 working days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
